The Boat Guard covering system provides total and complete protection fro a pontoon boat, fully encompassing everything from the deck up. Most playpen or mooring covers attach at the top of the boats railing, protecting only what is inside your boat.

The boat Guard with its patented covering system not only protects the inside of your boat but protects the outside railing and graphics. It covers your boat motor and bimini top as well. It’s total protection.

About The Boat Guard

There’s one thing you can’t see with the fabric on and that’s “The Boat Guards” strength. The strength of “The Boat Guard” is in its patented expanding frame system. The frame system begins with the side rails. They are made from 1/8’’ extruded aluminum with center bridging ¾’’ thick and are bolted to the side of your boat. The wheel block travel inside travel inside the side rails and are enclosed on all four sides so they cannot come out. Strong stainless steel tubing is used to support the fabric cover.

The entire system weighs about 170lbs and does not restrict bimini top or rear entry if you have one. The Boat Guard is designed to travel over and around a bimini top in the lowered position and when the cover is pivoted in the 45 degree storage position there is still plenty of room to use the rear entry comfortably. The covers are made from Aqualon, the same material most snap on covers are made from.

The cover zips on each tube section and is bolted on each section on either side. The Boat Guard is not likely to ever blow off but can be easily removed if you want to take the fabric off and clean it.

How It works:

You just push the button on the wireless remote and The Boat Guard retracts to the back of the boat. You will then use the 2 stationary straps to secure the top two sides, put on the boot and pivot the system in it’s 45 degree resting place off the back. Thats it! The Boat Guard was designed to go over and around your existing bimini, so at this point you would lift the bimini up off the back end of the boat and go.

It doesn’t get any easier then that!

• Can I use my Bimini top with The Boat Guard?
  • Yes, when The Boat Guard Pivots into the storage position you can raise and lower your bimini. The Boat Guard is designed to travel over and around a bimini in the lowered position.
• Can I use my rear entry with The Boat Guard in the storage position?
  • Yes, You still will have full use of your rear entry. When The Boat Guard pivots back into the storage position there is plenty of room to freely use your rear entry.
• Is The Boat Guard Transferable? If I buy a different boat can I put it on the new one?
  • Yes, As long as the new boat is the same length and width.
